This Sugar Complaints System is an initiative by TSB Malalane, TSB Pongola and Mananga Sugar Packers in Swaziland, by which customer complaints can be logged by authorised personel country-wide, and reports can be generated and downloaded by management at any stage in order to improve on their production and service quality.
