Nelspruit Standard Bank Eisteddfod 2010 Bulk Entries (Group & Individual)
Please take note
- These bulk entry forms are in Microsoft Excel format. In order to open them you need to have Microsoft Excel installed on your computer.
- Affiliates making use of these bulk entry forms should make sure that they are accurately filled in and emailed back to Amanda Botha (entries@nelspruiteisteddfod.co.za) on or before 16 May 2011.
Instructions
- Download the Bulk Entry Form for each appropriate discipline
- Each spreadsheet consists of TWO pages, a Summary Page, and a Data Entry Page
- On the Summary Page, just select your Affiliate name from the list, and enter the Group name (when doing a group entry)
- Then go to the Data Entry page to add the individuals' / members' details
- The amount payable will be automatically calculated and displayed on the Summary Page
- Fill in all appropriate details, save the form, and email it to Amanda Botha (entries@nelspruiteisteddfod.co.za) on or before 16 May 2011
Payment
All the entries will be processed the night of
16 May 2010. Only then will your unique payment reference be generated, and you will recieve and invoice with all amounts and payment-references.
VERY IMPORTANT: NO payments should be made WITHOUT a payment reference number as provided by the Nelspruit Eisteddfod. Thus no payments before 06 May 2011...
